The rain rain rain came down down down (yes, its from Winnie the Pooh)

Track was soo crazy yesterday!

It was raining super hard i we all got soaked!

full body shot. i had 2 layers on and i soaked through them both. and that shirt was a different color before track.

when i got home i took a looooong shower and most of the time i was just standing there.

and since i hadn't ran for 2 weeks before that practice... i am very sore today.

consequences, consequences.

plus it was the hardest workout ever.

so not very fun!
